What is the conveyor bend pulley function? The bend pulley is an very important component of conveyor belt machine. we provide all types and sizes of bend pulleys for conveyor belt system.

It is usually installed ate the tail part and the vertical take up equipment when the conveyor belt direction need to to 180°bending. It will be installed above the take-up equipment part while 90°bending.

The bend pulley function:

1. It is used for changing the direction of the conveyor belt.

2. It will increase the wrap angle between the conveyor belt and pulley drum.

3. It will increase the friction between the belt and pulleys.

4. It will be used to prevent the tape from slipping.
